• Previous experience with reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, existing site conditions and able to attend pre-bid meetings

• 4-year engineering or construction management degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience required
• 5-8 years of estimating experience
• Proficient with MS Office to include Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost controls, plus ability to interpret computerized data and systems is essential
