Outage Coordinator (Project Admin)

We have an immediate career opportunity for an entry level Construction Admin Coordinator located in Irwindale supporting utility construction projects. This position offers excellent pay and benefits.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following tasks:
  • Extensive data entry inputting
  • Ability to calendar and set up jobs in internal and external Work Order System
  • Ability to problem solve, multitask, and manage various projects while adapting quickly to changing business needs
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate
  • Respond to customer inquiries by solving any issues or forwarding them to appropriate respondent
  • Perform various administrative support duties
Requirements:
  • Experience with power outage coordination in the construction industry is preferred 
  • Entry Level 1-3 years’ experience with data input (text and numeric)
  • Excellent communication skills; will be the representative between the client and the utility company
  • Proficiency with MS Office utilizing Excel and Outlook
  • Work in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Keeping a current state driver's license without restrictions
  • Travel as required
  • Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and criminal background will be required
