Construction Admin  
Busy utility construction company is looking for a Construction Admin for their Ukiah office.
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry with accuracy, attention to detail is a must
  • Scanning documents
  • Assembling job packets
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of administrative experience preferably in the construction industry
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word) required – Advanced preferred
