We have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Sacramento area. This position will provide general office administrative support. Ability to multi-task and excellent Excel skills are a must as this is a very fast-paced position. PG&E experience is required. 
Primary Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate information to the employees in the office.
  • Assist with processing Accounts Payable. 
  • Responsible for ordering equipment and the maintenance scheduling of equipment.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining supply inventory
  • Will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and processing company vehicle mileage logs; requesting rental vehicles
  • Keeping Office Administrator and management informed of safety, employee, and facility needs.
  • Coordinate conference and seminars as required.
  • Planning and maintaining travel schedules, making travel arrangements, coordinating related logistics and preparing follow up communications for office staff as requested.
  • Ordering lunches and assisting with coordination of office events and functions such as training sessions, celebrations, picnics, client visits, and executive staff visits in collaboration with the Office Administrator
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain the general cleanup of office and kitchen
  • Heavy spreadsheet processing 
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
  • B.S. or Associates degree desired or equivalent experience
TRAINING, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. 
  • Minimum of 2 plus years of experience with skills is required.
