- Preparing and/or coordinating contractual documents for signatures, and following up to ensure timely receipt of contractual documents
- Monitoring and verifying that all Quality Management Systems requirements are met and assisting Project Managers
- Formatting and producing electronic or hard copy deliverables, preparing transmittal letters or email documents to clients
- Responsible for ordering equipment and the maintenance scheduling of equipment
- Ordering office supplies
- Will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and processing company vehicle mileage logs; requesting rental vehicles
- Keeping Office Administrator and management informed of safety, employee, and facility needs
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Heavy spreadsheet processing
- Other duties as assigned
- Some accounting experience desired; must have great math aptitude
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
- SharePoint and Microsoft FLOW is desired however not required
- Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience with skills required
