Construction Office Administrator
We have an immediate opportunity in the West Sacramento area for a Construction Office Administrator. This position will provide general office administrative duties while supporting the Construction Manager. Ability to work to multi-task is a must as this is a very fast-paced position. 
 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Preparing and/or coordinating contractual documents for signatures, and following up to ensure timely receipt of contractual documents
  • Monitoring and verifying that all Quality Management Systems requirements are met and assisting Project Managers
  • Formatting and producing electronic or hard copy deliverables, preparing transmittal letters or email documents to clients
  • Responsible for ordering equipment and the maintenance scheduling of equipment
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining supply inventory
  • Will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and processing company vehicle mileage logs; requesting rental vehicles
  • Keeping Office Administrator and management informed of safety, employee, and facility needs
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Heavy spreadsheet processing 
  • Other duties as assigned
TRAINING, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Some accounting experience desired; must have great math aptitude
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
  • SharePoint and Microsoft FLOW is desired however not required
  • Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience with skills required
