Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must possess strong employee relations experience along with heavy personnel hiring
- Assist with file management
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Heavy onboarding and assist with process terminations
- Interact with employees to assist with their needs
- Phone support and professional email correspondence
- General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, ordering supplies, and making copies
- Document management, compliance, and retention knowledge
- Data entry and the utilization of a data base system
- Other duties as required
- Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of recent Human Resources role with strong leadership skills
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks
- Ability to work well independently
- Interpersonal and good communicative skills
