Historic Preservation Monitor – MS2459728

Marysville, CA

We have an immediate need for an Architectural Historical Monitor for a short-term opportunity in the Marysville, CA area. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a vibration report on Historical buildings to ensure no damage during a construction project.
 
Qualifications required:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architectural history, art history, historic preservation, or closely related field, with coursework in American architectural history.
  • At least two years of full-time experience in research, writing, or teaching in American architectural history or restoration architecture with an academic institution, historical organization or agency, museum, or other professional institution or substantial contribution through research and publication to the body of scholarly knowledge in the field of American architectural history.
 
Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required

Compensation based on experience
$33-35/hour
