We are looking for a Project Admin for the Irwindale area.
Responsibilities:
Updating internal and external databases and systems based on activities
Updating schedules and update work management data in company’s and client’s data base
enter crew scheduled work
track job site schedule
document close out notifications
update % complete and status
update Excel spreadsheet to track units and Field Change Orders
update plan vs. actual performance tracking
Review daily paperwork for compliance
Track and validate work units and deliverables
verify pictures are present in database
verify timesheets are correct and complete
verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork is complete
Hand-off completed paperwork for final review and submittal to customer
Enter submittals and documentation in client systems
Escalate field IT issues
Use of broad problem-solving skills to solve problems on the fly
Required Skills:
2+ years of working experience working in construction and or utilities industry
2+ years of working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum Educational Background:
High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent
