We have an immediate opportunity for an Admin Assistant in the Long Beach, CA area. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Data Entry with accuracy, attention to detail is a must
  • Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports
  • Point of contact for clients and subcontractors
  • Invoicing and managing accounts receivables
  • Scanning, copying, faxing and filing documents
  • Assembling job packets
 
Education and Attributes
  • Degree or equivalent 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with the construction industry a plus
  • Basic MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding telephone and communication skills
 
Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

Compensation based on experience.
$20-$22/hr
