Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant – Santa Ana Office (part-time)
Looking for an energetic and resourceful Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant for Santa Ana.
Job requirements
  • Must have experience with Caltrans contracting and invoicing requirements.
  • Proficiency with accounting software.  Knowledge of Deltek accounting software a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is desired.
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices and general office procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Maintain accounting files.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Sort, code, and match invoices. (TECs, expense reconciliation, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support as needed. (Light phones, office reception)
